Who We Are

Welcome to FC Kids! Our mission is to partner with parents to nurture an everyday faith in the life of our kids. Every week our babies-5th graders are welcomed by loving volunteers that lead age-appropriate worship, teaching, activities, and small groups. Kids learn biblical truths and real-life lessons they can connect with.

Where do I go on my first visit?

As you arrive on campus, look for our teal “New Here” parking spaces and a parking attendant will lead you to our FC Kids Check-in Desk. There you’ll meet some friendly faces that will give you a few important details, security tags for your kids, and also help you find their small group. At the end of services, you can simply return to the same location you dropped off your child and present your “guardian receipt” for pick up.

How do I know my child is safe?

All of our adult and student volunteers have completed an application process with references and shadow an experienced leader before leading a small group themselves. In addition, adult volunteers have completed and passed a background check. There are adult leaders in every small group and we operate by the “Rule of 3”, enforcing that leaders are not to be in any spaces alone with children. In addition to small group leaders in the classrooms, we have a security team and a team of service coordinators that move freely throughout our FC Kids space to monitor classrooms, assist leaders, and implement our security and safety practices. Our security desk also monitors spaces through video and parents are asked to provide their “guardian receipt” at pick up.

What can an infant-preschooler expect?

When an infant-preschooler arrives at their classroom, they will be greeted by 2 adults to invite them to join their small group and get adjusted to a new place. Each room is bright and has age-appropriate toys on hand to explore as they enter the room. Children will enjoy playing together as well as participating in games and activities that teach a lesson. Our preschoolers enjoy a worship and learning time designed just for them, and a trip to the playground.

What can a K-5th grader expect?

At 8am: Elementary kids will be greeted by adult and student leaders at their classroom, and enjoy studying God’s word and memorizing scripture together with their small group through games and activities designed just for them.

At 9:30 and 11am: Kindergarten-2nd graders will be greeted by adult and older student leaders at their classroom, and 3rd-5th graders will meet their leaders in the Next Gen space under their age group sign. Through the morning, elementary students will build relationship with their leaders and small group friends, enjoy worshipping and learning God’s word in creative and interactive ways in large group, and learn bible skills and apply the lesson through discussion in Small Group. Each month focuses on a different theme and attribute of God and we encourage and reward kids that memorize these truths in scripture.
