Uninvited – Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely

Uninvited- Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely by Lysa TerKeurst will be led by Brittany O’Dell.

Rejection often finds its way into our hearts at an early age. Perhaps as a child you were teased mercilessly for your hair or clothes, or you received an injury and couldn’t play the sport you loved, or maybe like Lysa- an adult who should have cared for you and nurtured you, left without explanation. These wounds dig deep into our sense of self and can resurface in surprising ways as an adult. However, this doesn’t have to be the end of the story.

In Uninvited, Lysa shares honestly from her own struggles with rejection and gives us concrete truths to combat the lies our old Enemy hurls our way. You can stop feeling left out, because even when you are overlooked by others, you are handpicked by God. You are designed for a love without limits, a love that will never let go.

If you are interested in this study, please purchase the book Uninvited by Lysa TerKeurst.

A Mom to Mom Ministry

Me, Myself & Lies: A Thought Closet Makeover by Jennifer Rothschild will be led by Kara Gautreau. This is a 2-part study!

First, we’ll uncover the lies we unknowingly believe about ourselves, replace them with the truth of God’s Word, and learn how renewing our minds brings lasting peace, confidence, and freedom.

From there, we’ll continue into Flourishing in Motherhood by the Daily Grace Co. We will apply those truths to one of our greatest callings. We’ll explore God’s design for motherhood, find encouragement for the hard days, and learn how to parent from a place of grace, purpose, and confidence rather than guilt, comparison, or striving.

Whether you’re a new mom or seasoned mom you’ll find biblical encouragement, authentic community, and practical wisdom to help you experience greater joy, peace, and confidence in Christ.  When our identity is rooted in Christ and our minds are anchored in His truth, motherhood becomes less about perfection and more about faithfully walking with Him through every season.
